The seven competing teams have been split into two groups by SAFF. Nepal is seen as an easy “B.” Bhutan and Sri Lanka are included in Nepal’s group. Similar to group “B,” group “A” includes previous champions Bangladesh, Pakistan, Bangladeshi, and Maldives. The top two teams from each group that have completed their matches will advance to the semi-finals. In the first game, Nepal will take against Bhutan.
