The ICC Women’s U19 World Cup Asia Qualifier starts on November 6, 2024, in the UAE. Four teams are taking part: Nepal, UAE, Thailand, and Kuwait.
Each of the four teams will play six matches in a double-league format, facing each opponent twice. Two matches are scheduled daily, with the first starting at 9:30 am UAE time (11:15 am Nepali time) and the second at 1:30 pm UAE time (3:15 pm Nepali time). Hosts UAE will open the tournament against Kuwait on November 6 at 9:30 am UAE time (11:15 am Nepali time).
After the group stage matches, the top team from each group in the Asia Qualifier will advance to the 2025 ICC U19 Women’s T20 World Cup. The qualifier winner will join Group D alongside Australia, Bangladesh, and Scotland, as part of the sixteen teams divided across four groups, all vying for the championship title.
